PRIVACY POLICY WITHIN THE MEANING OF THE EU REGULATION 679/2016 ("GDPR")

H 24 TRAVELS SRL (hereinafter referred to as "H 24 TRAVELS SRL " or the "Owner"), based in Rome, Via Ercole Bombelli 16 a, 00149 Rome, capital social 10,000 euro, VAT. 10507461001, as "Owner" of the treatment uses the personal data of the subjects interested in the
treatment (hereinafter referred to as "Interested"), and in particular of customers who register on website www.h24travels.com or other services available at the Agency. Personal data are given directly by the interested party or, in the case of minor subjects, by the person exercising the power on the person concerned. Personal data may be processed for following purposes: a) conclusion and execution of contracts for services requested by the interested party;

b) fulfillment of the obligations pre-contractual, contractual and tax obligations arising from the contract;

The data of the interested party will not be disseminated. Within the organization of the Agency, the data will be able to be processed by the persons in charge of the offices responsible for the conduct of the individual treatment activities.

In case of purchase of Suppliers Services, the Agency may communicate the data of the interested party to the Supplier in question strictly necessary to ensure the provision of the Services of the Supplier in Italy and abroad (such as the username, the email address and any other booking information requested by the Supplier). In the event that the Supplier is located in a country outside the European Union, the Agency must transfer personal data of the interested party outside of the European Union for the purpose of the execution of the contract. Personal data collected for the purposes of processing indicated in letters (a), (b), (c) of point 1 will be kept for the duration of contract and, subsequently, for a period not exceeding the deadline prescription required by law.
